A conveyor carries the 1 and 2 kg bags to a line separator. After being arranged and aligned by a programmable logic controller the bags are arranged in rows.
A pusher moves one or more rows of bags to the pallet packing rack. Once a layer is completed the pallet packing rack opens and puts the layer onto a pallet. The outgoing conveyor moves the full pallet away, and an empty pallet is moved from the empty pallet storage (max. 20 empty pallets) into place. All palletizing steps run fully automated.
