A roll conveyor carries the barrels to an incoming chain conveyor. From there the programmable logic controller arranges the barrels on the pallet.
The outgoing conveyor moves the full pallet away, and an empty pallet is moved from the empty pallet storage (max. 20 empty pallets) into place. All palletizing steps run fully automated.
