The boxes are aligned on a feeding and arranging conveyor belt with a turn-over device, which feeds the completed rows to the pallet packing rack. Once a layer is completed, a layer collector puts this layer onto a pallet. The outgoing conveyor moves the full pallet away, and an empty pallet is moved from the empty pallet storage (max. 20 empty pallets) into place. All palletizing steps run fully automated.
