The sacks are conveyed from a sack troweler with arranging system to the sack rotating device.
The sacks are then arranged in rows and a pusher pushes the completed row to the pallet packing rack. A collector moves the completed layer onto the pallet.
The outgoing conveyor moves the full pallet away, and an empty pallet is moved from the empty pallet storage (max. 20 empty pallets) into place.
All palletizing steps run fully automated.
